Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project with Web Core Studio at any time. However, any work already completed will be billed according to the agreed milestones.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible for work that has not yet commenced. Once Web Core Studio begins development or design, the deposit is non-refundable due to the resources allocated.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

Web Core Studio strives for complete client satisfaction. We offer multiple revision rounds as specified in our service agreements to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
